Raised $10K independently to fund senior thesis on hormonal impact on female athletes, partnering with the Nebraska Heart Institute
Research was later published in the Open Sports Medical Journal—a rare achievement for an undergraduate student

Outperformed every sales peer in first post-college role, selling more in 8 months than any rep had in 12
Moved to NYC, then spent the next 15 years inside VC-backed startups, consistently the top revenue generator
Recruited by the founder of MediaMath to help expand the London office; within 2 years, grew international operations to represent ~50% of company revenue ($200M+)
Conceptualized and launched global agency partnerships; scaled Omnicom from $7M to $80M in platform spend in 12 months
Promoted to Corporate Development, leading strategic partnerships and managing a 100+ partner marketplace
Recruited by cybersecurity startup WhiteOps (now Human) to build and lead a new global partnerships org in anticipation of acquisition
Company was sold to Goldman Sachs within a year of joining
Founded and launched the Human Collective — a first-of-its-kind initiative uniting Google, Amazon, Roku, and others to share attack intelligence and collectively stop cybercrime
Hosted a large event at Cannes Lions, celebrating the Collective's impact

Became a mother during her time in leadership and finally saw—truly saw—how broken the system is for caregivers
Experienced firsthand the mental load of holding together home logistics while being a high-performing executive
Founded Persist to solve the invisible strain caregivers carry—helping families gain fairness and capacity so that caregivers (often women) can stay in the workforce without burning out
